Prenatal Sound Therapy
Prenatal sound therapy is a natural tool for connecting and communicating with your baby, who responds so well to sound vibrations, a soothing and reassuring special moment of harmony, peace and love. A caring look at pregnancy and birth.
The sound bath uses instruments such as gentle singing bowls, sublime chimes, sensory percussion, water instruments, therapeutic tuning forks... These soft, luminous musical instruments create a shower of delicate sounds and light, an ultra-relaxing sound bath and offer a pure moment of well-being through sound, in a space that invites you to relax and daydream, in complete safety.
Prenatal sound therapy allows you to weave a golden thread with your baby, who is already discovering the sounds of life, voices and music in your womb, and this accompanies his or her development.
Prenatal Sound Therapy is a wonderful way for your baby to welcome sounds during pregnancy, a reassuring and enveloping moment. It's a luminous, sonorous thread of harmony between mother-to-be and baby, which can be practiced as early as the 4th month, giving you confidence for the birth. After this experience, I invite you to continue throughout your pregnancy and after the birth if you wish, by sharing special moments of sonotherapy with your child, in the form of sound discovery, which will bring him/her back to the memories gently experienced during pregnancy.

Prenatal Sound therapy helps you travel to the heart of yourself and offers you a privileged communication with your baby... It's a unique experience that you welcome to finally slow down and take the time to harmonize together through sound.
You'll be comfortably seated or lying down, with an ultra-comfortable pregnancy pillow until the end of your pregnancy. I'll prepare a soothing, comfortable environment for you so that I can accompany you as gently and kindly as possible through this experience.

Contraindications: Prenatal sound therapy, which includes various so-called holistic methods including essential oils, is completely contraindicated for people with psychological, cardiac or epileptic disorders, pregnant women (recommended from the 4th month and nothing after 7 months), and people wearing hearing or cardiac aids.
NB: The specialties or practices here are not treatments officially recognized by the French authorities. These so-called practices are precisely: non- medical wellness support sessions aimed at the well-being of the person and relaxation, support for stress relief and emotional release, and can provide assistance on the physical, mental, energetic and other levels of being in addition to conventional medicine.
In no case are the practices mentioned here intended to replace or substitute, in any way whatsoever, any other consultation approach in psychology, psychotherapy or conventional medicine. Terms of payment
For all bookings of individual sessions, a deposit of €25 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. The balance is payable on the day of the session by credit card or in cash. You can reschedule your appointment for up to 24 hours, after which time the 25€ deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding.
